Training for Sustainability
Facilitation & training on sustainability and human rights
“In this decade of action, it’s really imperative that every company deals with its impact on climate change, biodiversity loss, and mounting inequality.”
John Revess, senior director of Net Zero Transformation at the WBCSD (Source: McKinsey & Company)
There is no doubt that over recent years the focus on sustainability in business has increased. The number of Chief Sustainability Officers in the boardroom is on the rise and sustainability departments are taking action to embed sustainability and human rights across organisations and supply chains.
However, many are still struggling with how to engage with the ‘non-sustainability’ people in their organisations, to simplify the often complex language and terminology they use and create a culture where all employees are able to integrate sustainability in their day-to-day work.
I work with organisations to make sustainability accessible and practical by:
- Designing & delivering training that brings to life sustainability and human rights topics
- Facilitating business leaders to develop sustainability and human rights roadmaps and action plans
I work across the range of sustainability and human rights topics and have a particular interest in nature-based solutions. I believe there is huge potential for collaboration between nature charities and businesses and work with both to develop partnerships for mutual benefit.
